HOW WE OBTAINED YOUR DATA
Your personal data has been collected directly from you. This is the data you supplied to us at the time of your membership application, and that you confirm to us each year when you renew your membership.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE STORE IT
We record and use the following categories of personal data- - name, professional title/s, professional license information, address/es, telephone number/s, email address/es, transactional data that you have provided to us which may include details about payments made by yourself for membership subscriptions and renewals, application/s for certification and all corresponding documents, certificates validating prior training that you have provided - and these are kept in a paper filing system.
We also keep records for our account of the monies payed each year as part of your annual subscription. We ask each year for you to send us your current contact details to ensure that the data we hold is current and accurate. This data is accessible to the Registrar to the Board and his secretary and the Treasurer to the Board. It may be shared with other Board members as the need arises.
Data we collect is stored in a secure place in our office or on our computer systems that are password protected (along with other levels of electronic security). We want to assure you that we are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality of your information and that no personal information will be given to unaffiliated parties, unless we are legally required to do so.
Your personal data will be stored and be accessible by The Cranio Sacral Society only. Your information will not be shared to any third party companies. We will only contact you with regards to the Cranio Sacral Society associated matters and will never send spam to you.
RETAINING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will retain your data unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Limited data will be maintained indefinitely for accounting purposes.
